The quality of your health, your relationships, and lifestyle are all determined by your beliefs, and you have power over them. Most people are not even aware of the beliefs that are running their lives, thus they give their power away, and end up feeling stressed, anxious or depressed.
Knowing how your mind works, how to reinvent your beliefs, and how to truly process your emotions will give you one of the most profound understandings that can rescript your life forever.
Sonia has empowered thousands of people by working with their subconscious mind to reinterpret their past and put them back in charge of their lives. This workshop combines all her knowledge and experience of being in the field since 2005 of lovingly guiding people to become aware of how they are functioning and getting the opportunity to change their blueprint by accepting all they have judged.
Level 1: Get Unstuck – identify the patterns that are running you & break free
In this foundation course you will get a deep understanding on how you function; we will cover the workings of your mind, what influences your behaviour, how you show up in relationships, and your mind-body connection. This workshop will bring to your awareness many of your actions that are happening on autopilot so that you can identify the patterns that are both supporting and sabotaging you, and make a choice to continue or change. As a result, you will feel more inspired and in charge of your life. (We can pretty much guarantee that by the end of these 3 days you would have understood at least things about yourself that you didn’t know before!)

Level 2: Redesign Your Identity – create the life you want
The second level of Be Your Own Master is about identifying and addressing all the patterns that are running your life, right from your childhood until today. During these three days you will understand the influence of your environment in shaping your belief systems, address the younger versions of yourself that are still stuck in events of your past, and get many opportunities to nurture and heal those parts of yourself. You will go deeper into understanding your personal life story, how your family system impacted you, how you created your coping mechanisms, and the emotional charges that are affecting you. There will be many exercises and meditations for you to discover, heal, and move to a place where you are more in charge of your life, and feel free to live responsibly in the present.

Level 3: Surrender to your Purpose – Understand the deeper meaning of your existence
The final level of the Be Your Own Master curriculum is about putting you in vibrational alignment with your purpose. This is the ultimate mastery and touches upon spiritual and metaphysical concepts so you discover who you are, why you are here, what your unique talent is, and what are the lessons you are here to learn. Level 3 is for people who have done a fair amount of self-discovery, and are ready to answer the deepest questions about their life. You will learn about different dimensions of consciousness, look at the bigger picture of how life works, recognize how your ancestral lineage is influencing you, and answer the most fundamental questions you have about your life. You will experience many deep meditations where you will travel to past lives and different states of consciousness where you can see life from a different perspective. We hope that after this level, you would have experienced a profound sense of self, gained clarity, and that life will never be the same again!
