Hong Kong’s first Hypnotherapy &
Alternative Healing Centre
All About You is one of Hong Kong’s first Hypnotherapy Training and Alternative Healing Centres, based in the heart of Hong Kong in Sheung Wan. Here we offer private sessions, personal development workshops, certified practitioner training programs, and products that promote self-awareness. Our bespoke Holistic Signature packages ensure that all your healing needs are addressed under one roof.
We have 4 therapy rooms and a training room, all fully equipped with luxurious settings to create the right atmosphere for healing and therapy. We also rent our therapy rooms for freelance practitioners, giving them a safe space to conduct their services in.
The space is called All About You as a reminder that you are the creator of your reality and that your life is a reflection of your beliefs, experiences and perceptions.

Hi! I’m Sonia Samtani

From scrambling to order a meal at McDonald’s as a shy teenager to coaching others in public speaking for two decades, presenting at TEDx, and giving keynotes on global platforms, I am a living testament to the power of subconscious reprogramming and its transformational potential. My own journey has always fueled my work, as I understand what it’s like to be held back by my own limiting beliefs and what it’s like to break through the unconscious patterns that kept me stuck.
I believe that, at our core, we all share a deep desire to feel safe, accepted, and free from judgment. That’s why I created the All About You Centre as a space where others can feel supported and empowered to transform their mindsets, just as I did. Over the past 20 years, we’ve built a culture of conscious conversations within a community of individuals and organizations committed to mental health, emotional resilience, and growth.
Through this mission, I’ve been fortunate to support over 40,000 people worldwide, helping them process emotional charges, shift limiting beliefs, and regain control of their lives through Hypnotherapy. One of the turning points of my career was coaching a Formula One Racing driver to 12 consecutive wins in the World Finals!

A 1,200 sqft sanctuary in
the heart of Sheung Wan
All About You is a spaciously warm wellness centre with convenient and comfortable state-of-the-art facilities. The space spans 1,200 sqft in the heart of Sheung Wan and features four designer consultation rooms and a multifunctional training room. With free WiFi and refreshments throughout, the centre has been personally designed to inspire growth and development.
Each therapy room reflects an element of confidentiality and comfort — furnished with a feature wall, a desk, two chairs, and a reclining therapy sofa. The sound-proof rooms offer freelance practitioners and visiting therapists a safe and professional space to conduct individual sessions and achieve breakthroughs.
