During hypnosis, she accesses an individual’s subconscious to gain insights into past experiences, interpretations, and root causes. This understanding, combined with guided catharsis, transforms those experiences, releases trapped emotions, and eliminates what no longer serves the individual. Olivia gained her Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy certification with EKAA (The Clinical Hypnotherapy Institute of India), and is recognized by the International Association of Counselors and Therapists.
