Level 5 Part A: Holistic Hypnotherapy
Training
5 Classroom Days
Level 5 Part A develops advanced systemic and trauma-informed competency. Students examine generational patterning, ancestral dynamics and the psychophysiological imprint of unresolved trauma. Structured approaches to containment, somatic mapping and regression bridging are emphasised. By the end of this level, students demonstrate the capacity to navigate complex emotional and systemic material with precision and stability.
Day 1
- Students will:
- Explore family and ancestral healing frameworks
- Understand systemic constellation principles and generational patterning
- Learn how belonging, order, and balance affect family systems
- Examine unresolved familial trauma, including miscarriages, abortions, and loyalty patterns
- Learn structured healing statements for restoring systemic balance
- Practice hypnotherapeutic techniques for releasing generational patterns
Day 2
- Students will:
- Be introduced to a dissociative technique that uses symbolic externalisation to explore a client’s perceived energetic field
- Understand how unresolved or unfinished psychological material may present symbolically within the client’s subjective field of awareness
- Learn an Aura Exploration technique that can be applied to physical symptoms without clear emotional content, sleep disturbances, ambivalence, and persistent cognitive patterns
- Observe and practice guided Aura Exploration for identifying and integrating non somatic patterns
Day 3
- Students will:
- Deepen understanding of the mind–body connection in illness
- Explore emotional mapping and how suppressed emotions impact the nervous system
- Examine how unresolved emotional material may manifest physically
- Learn organ-focused healing frameworks within hypnotherapy
- Observe and practice structured body-focused therapeutic interventions
Day 4
- Students will:
- Explore the long-term psychological impact of physical, emotional, and sexual trauma
- Understand trauma polarization and survival adaptations
- Learn how to structure sessions when working with traumatic and abuse cases
- Develop containment procedures to ensure emotional safety
- Understand precautions and ethical considerations when working with trauma
- Practice designing structured session outlines
Day 5
- Students will:
- Learn how to use emotional and somatic bridges to access root experiences
- Understand foundational bridging processes for regression work
- Practice direct regression techniques through charge enhancement
- Refine confidence in navigating deep therapeutic material
By the end of Level 5 Part A, students are capable of holding systemic, trauma-based and somatic presentations with advanced regression skills and professional containment.
