This modality integrates mind-body awareness to heal trauma safely and sustainably. Therapists guide you to track bodily sensations, establish “resources” (such as calming memories or objects), and utilize titration (exploring small doses of sensation at a time) to calm the nervous system. By learning to tune into your body’s innate wisdom and regulate your nervous system, you are empowered to process trauma safely, complete natural stress cycles, and promote a deep sense of grounding and presence in your daily life.

- Mind-Body Dialogue: As you speak, you will be guided to notice what your body physically feels—such as changes in your breath, tension, or posture—building a conscious dialogue between mind and spirit.
- Building Safety (Pendulation): Your practitioner guides you to move gently between areas of stress and areas of physical safety or comfort to rebuild your inner capacity without triggering overwhelm.
- Processing in Small Doses: Using titration, you will safely touch upon small pieces of challenging experiences at a time, ensuring you are never re-traumatized by the process.
- Attuned Support: Every step is met with a gentle presence, attuned listening, and total respect for your personal comfort level and choices.
